There are nine grades of accommodation on Caribbean Princess, 80 per cent of which have balconies. The categories range from 162-182 sq ft Interior Staterooms to Oceanview Staterooms, Balcony Staterooms, the larger Premium Balcony Staterooms; and suites, from a mini-suite with balcony up to the sumptuous Grand Suite.

The 3,114-passenger Caribbean Princess has three main dining rooms that come in handy for the line's Personal Choice Dining Programme, which allows you to choose from traditional early and late seatings or the flexible Anytime Dining. The ship's 24-hour casual restaurant, the Horizon Court, offers a buffet alternative for breakfast and lunch; at night it becomes a bistro. Tuscan-inspired Sabatini's offers excellent Italian cuisine and the Crown Grill serves superb steaks. In keeping with the 'Big Ship Choice, Small Ship Feel' mantra of Princess Cruises' ships, Caribbean Princess offers a number of nooks and crannies such as a small library, writing room, and a card room.
