DECK
Two Scandi styled bedrooms with warm Douglas Fir floors that open onto private decks with outdoor seating. Stylish white bathrooms, one with a walk in shower the other with a bath and shower above. Both have king size beds.
SNUG CABIN
Cabin style rooms, that have an organic, natural feel to them, lined in reclaimed pine and oak. Featuring king size beds, wet rooms clad in natural slate, masses of storage space and fully stocked larders and drinks fridges. Access to the coastal garden is at the end of the guest corridor. They have a real sense of romance and are lovely to escape to for a few days.
BABY HAMPTON
Beautiful rooms that have a relaxing, natural feel inspired by the beach. Neutral colours with coastal detailing, window seats and light oak floors throughout. Built in wardrobes provide plenty of storage for longer stays with fully stocked larders and drinks fridges. All have pocket size marble bathrooms with bath and shower above. Access to the coastal garden is at the end of the guest corridor.
The window seat can be converted into a single bed for a child over 10.
NEW GARDEN
Our newest rooms. Uplifting, relaxing and joyful rooms that have a 'summer at the seaside' feel to them. Featuring dark oak floors contrasting white beamed ceilings, rugs made from recycled ocean plastic and lots of colourful detailing. Bathrooms featuring walk in showers with lots of natural light. These rooms open directly onto our coastal garden with wooden decks and individual teak furniture to relax in.
LARGE HAMPTON
More spacious than our Baby Hamptons, it features an additional, generous sized day bed tucked into a 'secret' alcove. With built in wardrobes, fully stocked larder and more generous bathroom this home from home is ideal for longer breaks by the sea. Access to the coastal garden is at the end of the guest corridor.
LUXURY GARDEN
Individually named after a famous beach, our largest rooms are full of thoughtful touches to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. All have direct access to our coastal garden and feature more spacious seating, beautiful bathrooms, built in wardrobes with bar area, drinks fridge, larder and Nespresso coffee machines. Double doors open onto semi private decks with individual tables and chairs. They also feature super king beds, sliding bathroom walls that open to expose large freestanding baths and separate walk in monsoon showers. Perfect for longer escapes.
THE OFFICERS HOUSE
A beautiful late Georgian house that sleeps 8 in unashamed 'New England' luxury. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, oak floors, open fire in the drawing room, separate TV room and dining room. Full of beautiful antiques and surrounded by a delightful coastal garden. Situated about 10 mins drive from the Gallivant in Rye Harbour, a couple of minutes walk from the fishing boats and mile upon mile of nature reserve and beach beyond.
Our Beach Hut mini spa is a relaxing oasis to enjoy some serious pampering.
