Little Cayman - a very secluded island, in fact so secluded, with a population of less than 100 islanders, that it must be the nearest thing to having your own private island - and yet only 40 minutes from Grand Cayman by air! It is barely 11 miles long and 1 mile wide, and has changed very little since it was discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1503!
Little Cayman Beach Resort is a dedicated dive resort with a fully equipped dive shop, custom designed dive boats and a daily schedule of morning and afternoon dives. The dive shop, located on property, offers a full range of rental equipment, instruction, Nitrox diving and two night dives per week. The resort, which consists of two-storey ‘treetop height’ buildings, offers a casual, relaxed atmosphere with spacious air-conditioned rooms. You can enjoy delicious seafood and island specialities served to you buffet style in the dining room or alfresco whilst enjoying the tranquillity and fragrant night air. Beach Nuts Bar is a poolside bar overlooking the beach where convivial conversation and diving tales are shared long into the night.
Why not try your hand at bonefishing in the shallows, and beyond the reef the challenges of big game fishing - the waters abound year round with marlin, tuna and wahoo.
