The cuisine at the Ritz-Carlton is another highlight. Lunch alfresco at the poolside Gulf Pavilion, following by afternoon tea or cocktails in the timeless elegance of the Lobby Lounge. In the evenings, enjoy gourmet dishes in the signature La Baie restaurant, an intimate meal with friends in the private Wine Cellar, or delicious Mediterranean fare in Splendido, which later transforms into a lively nightspot.
